Stage 1 Online Test FAQ

Unfortunately, we can't give information about the way we score the assessment. However, we can tell you that the results look at your performance on both the behavioural and numerical scenarios. After completing the Scenario-Based Test, you will receive Your Feedback Report which will give you an overview of how you have performed on the difference areas measured in the test.

Why not have a go at the practice questions before completing the test, to familiarise yourself with the format and type of questions you will be asked. These can be accessed here.

You will receive an email after completing the test which will let you know whether you have been successful or not in passing Stage 1 of the online tests. Along with the email, you will receive Your Feedback Report which will give you an overview of how you have performed on the difference areas measured in the test.

All the instructions and detail about the test will be provided once you enter the test.

Dina personuppgifter kommer att förvaras i vårt system i 12 månader som standard. Om du anställs i en position och din framtida arbetsgivare väljer att använda en extra funktion som finns tillgänglig i systemet så kommer tidsgränsen förlängas till 24 månader. Efter den perioden kommer din information anonymiseras enligt dataskyddsförordningen GDPR och dataskyddslagen. Vi behåller den anonyma informationen för att hjälpa oss utveckla våra tester.

Datasi säilytetään järjestelmässä lähtökohtaisesti 12 kuukautta. Mikäli tulet palkatuksi tehtävään ja työnantajasi haluaa hyödyntää laajemmin järjestelmän ominaisuuksia, tämä jakso on 24 kuukautta. Tämän jälkeen datasi anonymisoidaan GDPR:n ja Henkilötietolain mukaisesti. Anonymisoitu data säilytetään testien kehittämiseksi.

Je gegevens worden standaard 12 maanden op het systeem bewaard. Als je wordt aangenomen voor een functie en je toekomstige werkgever kiest ervoor om gebruik te maken van een extra functie op het systeem, dan wordt dit verlengd tot 24 maanden. Na deze periode worden je gegevens geanonimiseerd, in lijn met de AVG en de Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens. We bewaren deze geanonimiseerde informatie voor het verder ontwikkelen van onze testen.
